I guess titles don't exist on my blog anymore...
I love the cut and fabric thickness of layer tees, but they're so boring. I found this layer tee at Downeast for $7 and decided to make it cute. You cannot go wrong with the black and white combo and it can still be exciting. I made the ruffle out of a peice of a shirt I thrifted a long time ago and added the black fabric to the sleeves. This will be so great to wear with skirts or pants.

This is so cute! I've been wanting to add a peter pan collar to a shirt for so long, or maybe make one that's detachable so I can put it on different shirts. Any tips? It seems hard! (But prob not for you)
