If someone reads my blog and doesn't talk to me, they might know a bunch of lies.
Like how I was going to work at convergys.
And that I know what I'm doing with my life.
And that I am currently eating gluten-free.
Sorry that those are not true.
I'm pretty happy about the last one.
I called the nurse to ask if I had already had a celiac test done this year.
When she said yes, I ate almost half a loaf of the delicious sour dough bread I love.
mmmmm. And I have overdosed on bread and dessert ever since.
Baked Alaska was alright, but I am going to make it again with several improvement.
I do love cooking and baking.
and that is not a lie.
